At Horze, we want you and your horse to be completely satisfied with your gear. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your customer account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are free from dirt, horse hair, or signs of wear.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location. Keep your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
